About the artist:

     N!ck, who is of Mexican, Italian, & Irish decent, currently resides in Los Angeles, CA and is a full time illustrator and painter. He is also co-owner and head artist for the indie streetwear line called Substance 80.

    His first large scale exposure was doing backdrops and posters for raves, concerts, & club events throughout the mid-later nineties. His work has been featured in various magazines, blogs, album covers, and galleries throughout the country and overseas.

       He says his art is heavily influenced by 80's new wave culture, comic books, b-horror trash, nightlife experiences, spirituality, and his 'colorful' childhood. Above all things, he sites 'music' as his main inspiration source.

      Here he presents a special line of pin-ups made specifically for Queer Trash.  Using his signature bright colors and bold black lines N!ck is representing the liveliness and energy found in queer culture in his own special way.  We're sure you'll enjoy them as much as we do.
